Town and river vineyard
Beautiful setting over the semicircle that creates a wide curve in the Montsant River. The ancient vineyard gives life to a friendly, organised and thorough landscape. There are three hectares of old cariñenas on diverse lands, which display the transition between the river valley and slate hills.

a short distance to the west of the heart of Vilella Baixa.
Altitude:
200 - 255 metres.
Orientation:
north-eastern.
Varieties:
98 % carignan, 2 % white grenache.
Age of the vines:
the oldest cariñena was planted in 1929, the same year as the scarce garnacha blanca vines.
